This Intern will work with cutting edge technology and collaborative teams to learn how to deliver high quality organizational change management solutions across various local industries.

Education:

• Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university, required

• Focus in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Library, Data, or Information Sciences, preferred

• Student must be in good standing with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, preferred

• This candidate must be an active Junior/Senior student, preferred

Experience:

• Experience in change management, organizational development, or training either from the classroom or a previous internship, required

Software:

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Microsoft suite of products to include Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel, required

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Must show initiative in developing a career within change management/enablement and adoption post-graduation

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail with good organization skills are essential
