    As a Project Management Engagement Coordinator at the EY Intuitive practice of Ernst & Young LLP, you will be part of a dynamic, creative team who value collaboration, transparency and teaming. You will have the opportunity to learn all facets of engagement team responsibilities, including selling the company services and capabilities, strategic planning, managing client relationships across multidisciplinary project teams, revenue generation within existing client relationships, and project execution.

    You’ll also be expected to:

    • Support and/or assist engagement team members in the management of client projects by scheduling and coordinating client meetings, defining project plans, prioritizing project tasks for team members, mitigating dependencies, and assisting in the management of project work streams and deliverables.

    • Work closely on a day to day basis with team members from our various disciplines in design, research, and development throughout the software development lifecycle. That might mean observing usability testing that our research team conducts, weighing in on design considerations with our designers or ensuring our completed code functions the way it is intended to function.

    • Keeping team members on track through exposure to different types of project management frameworks such as the Agile process using the Scrum methodology.

    • Assist Principals, Managing Directors, and engagement team members in various business development, engagement onboarding, and operational activities and deliverables, including the creation and maintenance of Statements of Work, Project Margin and Budget Analysis, Work Change Orders, RFP and Pipeline documentation, as well as the scheduling/coordination of key meetings and operational activities.

    • Assist in the scheduling/coordination of key meetings, including internal meetings for the operational and delivery teams and external meetings and working sessions with clients.

    • Be adaptable, open to learning, sharing, and improving yourself and those around you.

    • Travel for client work when necessary.

    • Be prepared to perform other duties, assist with other projects, and revise project processes or deliverables if necessary.

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in design, business, or other related fields.

    • Experience in project management, business analysis, user research, design, or development is preferred.

    • Exposure to Agile methodology, user-centered design processes and/or software development lifecycles.

    • Positive energy and get-it-done attitude.

    • Ability to multitask and work on parallel projects simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    • Proficiency in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment

    • Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

    • Willingness and ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision

    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
