    2019 - Summer - Consulting Intern - Tech & Management - Infrastructure - Enterprise Content Mgnt At RSM, interns work with large and small companies in various industries. They develop strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses and challenges. Interns work on multiple team engagements each year, including several pieces of any particular assignment - not just one part. As an intern in the Enterprise Content Management practice, you will actively participate in learning IT and solutions development knowledge, with a focus on delivering IT SharePoint and Office 365 consulting services to clients. Assists the team in architecture and design services, including system engineering, physical and logical solution architecture, customization, and integration of solutions. Examples of the candidates responsibilities include: * Sustains long-term relationships with clients in "trusted advisor" role, working with your team to help clients chart a long-term path toward more effective collaboration and content management, in consideration of changing technical and business conditions. Serve as escalation point for client support issues. * Learning top-tier business software solutions * Engages with internal communities of practice, and other practice areas within the firm. Identifies opportunities for process improvement, develop a deeper understanding of SharePoint and Office 365 technologies and practices; * Understanding, communicating and interpreting client business processes and requirements Basic Qualifications: * Working towards a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university * Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Math * Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations * A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Visual Studio, and other SharePoint-specific technologies * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Demonstrated ability to work independently or under only general direction * Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at various levels You want your next step to be the right one.
