Description & Requirements

Marketing Student Associates support the Marketing & Business Development personnel. A FORVIS marketing intern or student associate is able to work as a team player, tasked with administrative duties that help develop and implement the region-specific marketing activities.

This ongoing internship would include the opportunity to extend through the academic year until graduation. Candidates can work remotely in the Central Indiana area or hybrid.

How you will contribute:

• Assist with managing a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
• Participate in market research initiatives
• Create and scrub prospect lists
• Brainstorm campaign ideas
• Participate in strategic projects in a support capacity

Hours Requirement:

We are able to be flexible with your school schedule providing you are able to:

• Accommodate our normal business hours of Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
• Commit to no more than 20 hours per week during the summer and academic year

Minimum Requirements:

• Working toward a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or comparable degree
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (overall and in major)
