The Opportunity
As a Sustainability Strategy Senior Associate Intern, you will engage with clients to develop and implement strategies that promote sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to guide clients through complex sustainability challenges, focusing on areas such as carbon accounting, climate finance, and environmental policy. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive meaningful impact.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, using critical thinking to analyze and interpret data, and mentor junior team members. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and delivering quality work, while embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for personal growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
