As the Director of Wonoloer Experience and Retention, you will set the strategic vision and operational plan for initiatives and programs related to understanding Wonoloers, building loyalty and connection among the community, and providing support throughout the Wonoloer lifecycle. You will lead and grow teams focused on key KPIs across retention, engagement and satisfaction, and will drive some of Wonolo’s most critical cross-functional initiatives.
Above all, you and your team will represent the voice of Wonoloers within HQ, and serve as the face of Wonolo to Wonoloers in the field. This role reports to the Vice President of Supply.
What you'll do:
Driving Wonoloer Retention strategy:
-- Design and operationalize Wonoloer retention strategy. Examples include building loyalty and achievement programs, managing value-add partnerships and defining a touchpoint and milestone communications strategy.
-- Partner cross-functionally to incorporate Wonoloer needs and perspective into product and design decisions, sales practices and overall corporate strategy.
-- Own KPIs related to retention and lifetime value.
Leading Wonoloer Support and Community Operations teams:
-- Design, build and manage a Community Operations operational plan, aimed at execution of programs at the local level.
-- Oversee the Wonoloer Support team, guiding the Head of Support on key strategic and operational decisions, such as org structure and community policies.
-- Own KPIs related to Wonoloer satisfaction, support effectiveness/efficiency, and local community health.
