Wipfli LLP is seeking energetic candidates for the role of Senior Accounting Software Implementation Consultant in our Kalispell, MT office. This professional will focus on leading a service delivery team through projects with various sized businesses in diverse industries. An ideal candidate will have background in implementing an accounting software and leading teams on project execution. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and oversee business process walkthroughs to document and analyze results and make recommendations where there are inefficiencies in processes or procedures Communicate with the customer to understand and document system and business requirements using standard project deliverables Demonstrate proficient knowledge and capabilities in the accounting software including the functional configuration, business processes, and technical architecture Manage customer relationships throughout a project and be the first stop in the escalation path Clearly communicate with superiors and subordinates on deadlines, tasks and escalation items Provide regular written reports on project status and hold customer status meetings Identify and manage project scope and risks Work with Integrated third-party solution providers Assist with solution design, review system testing, guide user acceptance testing, support user adoption, oversee training, and execute go live activities Assist with more complex day-to-day support for live customers Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree, with a strong preference to accounting 3+ years of relevant experience implementation accounting / ERP software Experience leading small teams Pursuit of any professional license is a plus but not a requirement An educational understanding of financial accounting principles/processes Strong written, verbal and computer skills including exposure to public speaking and/or giving presentations in front of various group sizes Robust analytical and troubleshooting/problem solving skills Ability to work both collaboratively and individually when necessary Quick learning skills and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience with multi-tasking and prioritization of tasks Wipfli supports Equal Pay for all.
