We are looking for a passionate recruiter to help us grow our Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams. The right candidate has experience in full-cycle recruiting, and hiring distributed teams in key markets across the US. You will partner up closely with the VP of Sales and Head of Business Operations to understand their hiring needs, as well as prioritize and close searches against a timeline.

Wonolo is experiencing exciting growth, and we need you to help us scale. Your main goals are to find top talent, build a candidate pipeline that fits the Wonolo talent bar, and lead a high quality recruiting process. The tactics you lead will be driven by a data-first approach aligned to company metrics, which will require an analytical mind coupled with an empathetic heart and a GSD mentality.

What you'll do:

• Focus on hiring for key markets across the US, including Northern California, Southern California, Nashville, NY/NJ, Dallas, Chicago, etc.
• Own the candidate pipeline and come up with strategies to improve the interview process and end to end candidate experience.
• Source and identify passive candidates to scale the Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Community teams.
• Work with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and requirements of each role, as well as develop unique full-cycle recruiting strategies accordingly.
• Ensure a high level of Data integrity with our ATS.

Who you are:

• Obsessive about the candidate experience. You are responsive and professional through verbal and written communication with candidates and team members.
• Problem solver. You are scrappy and creative; you make great things happen with limited resources, and always with a sense of urgency.
• Independent. You take ownership of your work and follow through on tasks.
• Organized. You are detailed-oriented and prioritize from a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance. You can easily multitask or switch gears when needed.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
