Facilities Project Management Intern - New Hampshire Campuses

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Facilities Project Management Intern to join our team in New Hampshire. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting construction projects from start to finish, building foundational knowledge in project management, finance, safety, and coordination. You'll work closely with experienced project managers, gaining valuable insights into the construction and facilities management industries.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and analyze data.
• Support communication between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Participate in site inspections and quality assurance activities.
• Contribute to problem-solving during project meetings.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (entering Junior year)
• Major in Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in construction or facilities management.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• OSHA 10/30 certification
• Experience with Procore or other PMIS software
• Familiarity with BIM and MEP coordination
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project closeout.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $45553 - $63330

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
