    Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run from January to May (it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

    This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

    What You Will Do

    As a Global Supply Chain Co-Op, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the challenges facing aviation, and supply chain, while directly impacting the evolution of our business. Our paid program is designed to leverage your strengths and position to add value to your team from day one. We place you in roles that reflect your career interests, allow you to see day-to-day life in the Global Supply Chain organization, and provide you with a flexible learning environment to kick-start your career. From our established mentor-ship program to assignment of meaningful projects which have opportunity to make a difference from January through May, the Global Supply Chain internship/co-op program provides structured learning in supplement to your in-role technical training.

    • Each Co-Op will be placed in a procurement or supply chain support function within one of our sub-domains.
    • They will be assigned tactical work and project deliverables. The Co-Ops are part of a cohort group with programming and report to all managers and leadership at the end of the season. The opportunities for Co-Ops who are motivated to learn and grow in this industry are endless! You are encouraged to reach across the company and learn all aspects of our business to find greater meaning in your work. At P&W we are all one team.
    • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English

    Qualifications You Must Have

    • Enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum of 30 credits prior to starting your internship.
    • Must be a US Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

    Qualifications We Prefer

    • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
    • Passion for Supply Chain and Aerospace.

    This position is classified: Hybrid and Full-Time workload. Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a regular basis with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
