    Detail Inspector II

    Location: Stockton, CA

    Pay Range: $28.59-$35.60/hour

    What You’ll Do:

    As a Detail Inspector II , you will play a key role in ensuring the precision and safety of aerospace components. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help keep aircraft flying and customers satisfied. Responsibilities include:

    • Conducting visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and completed components, subassemblies, and products
    • Identifying and suggesting improvements to inspection methods and processes
    • Supporting Quality and Engineering teams in investigating quality issues
    • Communicating quality concerns to QA and Production Management and providing necessary samples
    • Organizing work and storage areas to ensure workflow efficiency and support 5S/workplace organization principles
    • Using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
    • Participating in internal audits and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
    • Maintaining clear, effective communication with your team and leadership
    • Staying self-motivated, task-focused, and committed to delivering excellence
    • Performing additional duties as assigned to support team and operational goals

    What You Bring:

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 3+ years of quality assurance or inspection experience
    • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
    • Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in precision inspection or related field
    • 3+ years of hands-on GD&T application experience
    • Previous experience in Aerospace, Defense, or MRO environments
