The Boeing company is currently looking for an Electronic Systems Design, Analysis, and Test Engineer (Entry-Level or Associate) to join the team based in Saint Charles, MO or Saint Louis, MO.

At Boeing, our Electrical Engineers develop, and test electronic and electrical system requirements using analytical and technical skills, translate requirements into system architectures and modify hardware and software designs for Boeing aircraft, unmanned vehicles and much more.
These Capability Centers support the following programs:
Precision Engagement Systems (PES) including Direct Attack weapons (JDAM, SDB, MOP, HAAWC and associated derivatives)
Boeing Global Services including Support Equipment, Government Training Engineering, and US Air Force Programs Modification, Sustainment, and Product Support
Boeing Test and Evaluation
Position Responsibilities:
Support senior engineers in integrating Boeing weapons with military aircraft
Assist with lab, ground, and flight test activities
Support development of test plans, procedures, data processing, and reports
Assist in developing electronic architecture and detailed specifications for electronic products
Help create detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications
Conduct testing and analysis to support design efforts
Gather data for technical performance measures
Provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle
Assist with trade studies and literature research for future product designs
Work under close supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret or Top-Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Experience within a design/build or test team
Experience creating, developing, and/or maintaining engineering processes
Experience with electronic/electrical system designs or test based on requirements
Basic knowledge of data structures, system design, and architecture
Experience using good communication, analytical, and organizational skills and being able to work in a team environment
Willingness to travel up to 50% time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active U.S. Security Clearance
Internship or co-op experience in design and analysis engineering or related engineering roles
1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience testing and troubleshooting software
Experience with testing electronic systems
Familiarity with serial data communications standards such as MIL-STD-1553

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Entry-Level: $71,400.00 - $96,600.00
Summary pay range for Associate: $88,400.00 - $119,600.00
