    The Boeing Company is looking for an Entry Level Avionics Design & Analysis Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Assists with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements.
    • Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
    • Performs system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.
    • Assists in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
    • Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.
    • Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs.

    This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. An estimate 20% travel will be required.

    This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

    • Minimum of 18 years of age
    • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Systems or Electrical Engineering
    • Able and willing to travel 20% of the time domestically

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

    • Experience or coursework using modeling and simulation methodologies do you have

    Typical Education & Experience:

    • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

    • This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

    Summary Pay Range: $66,300 - $89,700
