We are dedicated to developing the next generation of Contract Management Specialists. Our team prioritizes the growth of emerging talent, and prior contract management experience is not required for success in this role.
About The Team:
We support United States Government (USG) and Foreign Military Sale (FMS) contracts through proposal development, negotiation, and contract management
Our team collaborates across functions to analyze statements of work and ensure effective communication with all partners

Position Responsibilities
Exercise appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and licensing of intellectual property to align with company strategies
Present innovative business solutions to preserve and expand our operations
Represent the company in external negotiations with a diverse set of customers
Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret, and administer legally binding contractual agreements for The Boeing Company
Coordinate and collaborate with other internal functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
Summarize complex contractual issues, develop creative solutions, and coordinate contractual risk mitigation strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Familiarity with drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts and subcontracts
Interest in supporting proposal development and negotiating government contracts
Basic understanding of proposal management and strategy development

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $54,400 - $73,600
