Entry Level Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist - Program Management
JOB DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Boeing Company is currently seeking ENTRY LEVEL INTEGRATED PLANNING AND SCHEDULING SPECIALISTS to join their Business Operations team. These exciting opportunities will help lead the Business Operations team to provide data analytics, system integration, program management and schedule and change compliance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigation
Performance measures & Key Process Indicators (KPI) integration:
Coordinate standard work / playbook
Co-develop metrics
Ensure Program targets are visible, enablers are prioritized to meet commitments
Document and authorize enablers for unit hour and flow reduction
Ensure enablers are documented and functional teams are aligned and committed
Baseline management / Portfolio Management:
Ensure schedules for project plans and ensure baseline management
Develop and integrate schedules to appropriate level of detail to meet Program targets
Coordinate with Change Management to manage baselines
Project Management:
Manage, track, and report progress to the integrated project plans to Leadership
Ensure integrity of all Program Plans
Conduct Schedule Impact Analysis, forward looking risk mitigation from estimated completion date slides/changes
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
