    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Maintenance Programs Engineer to join their team in Seal Beach, CA.

    Position Overview:

    As an Entry-Level Maintenance Programs Engineer, you will analyze complex engineering designs and design changes to determine maintenance and repair requirements, procedures, and instructions. You will support activities that influence product designs and processes to ensure supportability and maintainability. Your responsibilities will include creating systems theory descriptions for a common understanding of systems and components, conducting engineering analysis to verify the accuracy of maintenance and repair data, and developing technical solutions for our customers.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development and maintenance of maintenance program documentation, including scheduled maintenance requirements, task cards, and technical publications.

    • Support the analysis of maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to maintenance issues.

    • Create new procedures and techniques to enable users to maintain and repair products effectively.

    • Participate in organizational activities that influence the Aerospace Industry.

    • Ensure compliance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and Federal Aviation Administration/Foreign Regulatory requirements.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance programs.

    • Conduct engineering analyses to verify the accuracy of maintenance and repair data.

    • Interface with customers to support inquiries and develop technical solutions; evaluate customers' maintenance operations.

    • Guide changes in various airplane maintenance documents to enhance safety and maintainability.

    Work Authorization:

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Seal Beach, CA.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Familiarity with aircraft maintenance practices and regulations

    • Have or have held an Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) License

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary Pay Range:

    • Entry - Level (Level 1): $69,700 - $94,300
