  • Responsibilities
    • Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

    • Evaluate fasteners and other standard parts for appropriate application taking into consideration environmental and program requirements

    • Navigate product lifecycle management tools to ensure appropriate standard and vendor parts are available for use in design

    • Provide recommendations to internal and external customers (design, stress, manufacturing, procurement etc…) for part selection

    • Coordinate with other technical disciplines within the Parts, Materials and Processes Organization

    • Incorporates changes to specifications and other documents to manage the deployment of parts, materials and processes

    • Conducts basic analysis to determine performance or reasons for failures of tools, materials, parts or processes

    • Assists in implementing corrective and preventive actions

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in materials science, engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry by Jun 2023

    • Experience using software applications for internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite and/or other specialized computer applications

    • Experience reading and interpreting technical data

  • Desired skills
    • Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate task progress and challenges within team and with technical leadership, both internal and external

    • Have or have held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months

    • Highest level U.S. Security Clearance currently hold or have held in the past 24 months

  • Compensation
    Summary pay range: $60,350 - $81,650
