    Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers Industrial Engineering is seeking an Entry Level Methods Process Analyst to support the VC-25B team in San Antonio, TX.

    In this role the Methods Process Analyst will partner with Operations and functional support teams to build, modify, test and deliver the aircrafts. With primary duties focused on executing committed statement of work and optimizing the production system, additional duties will include strategic studies, capability and capacity planning, budgeting and forecasting, capital asset management, evaluating and supporting new business proposals, coordinating work transfer and coordinating with internal customers and program management.

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options (San Antonio, TX).

    This position requires the ability to obtain a US Top Security Clearance/Yankee White for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 2+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams
    • Strong communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Proficient in structured problem solving
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
    • Working knowledge and experience with:
      • Statistical Analysis System (SAS),
      • Python
      • SQL
      • Tableau
      • Power BI
      • VBA
      • Gold

    Relocation:

    This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
