POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position supports the gathering of data to support the documentation and configuration management of process and product baselines as standards.

• Processes Part Standard changes which support the documentation and implementation of engineering technical program plans of limited scope and complexity.

• Gathers Part Standard data to assist in the analysis of product changes for implementation of Part Standard change proposals.

• Assists with the documentation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes and tools.

• Gathers customer input data for Configuration and Data Management requirements to support population of product hardware, software, and engineering design data systems.

• Works directly with data management tools necessary for management and delivery of Part Standards and Part Standards data to downstream systems and program engineering.

• Works under close supervision.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Applicants for this positionare expected tohave a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite.

• Exposure to XML Coding

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

• In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

RELOCATION:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
