    Job Description Qualifications:

    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Entry-Level Procurement Analyst to join the team in North Charleston, South Carolina.

    Selected candidate will assist with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Also, they will gather data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

    • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

    • The candidate must possess strong business discernment, communication and problem solving skills. Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program collaborators is required

    • Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.

    • Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis.

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite.The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

    • Experience in performing data analysis

    • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines

    • Experience working both independently and in team environments.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

    • Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

    • Excellent written/ verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service

    • Ability to travel up to 10% of work time

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.
