The Boeing Company is looking for an Entry-Level Project Management Specialist (Level 1) to join our AvionX team in Smithfield, Pennsylvania.
This role will lead the production integration efforts, new product integration, and sustaining production of electronics assemblies in a high rate manufacturing environment. This position will deal directly with customers and internal business partners and lead internal integrated product team.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage Production Projects from New Concept engineering support and production planning to full rate production phases.
Support a growing Manufacturing team in a mixed model high rate environment.
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience:
ExperienceProject Management or Project Scheduling
Experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Willing and able to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience in a production environment
Experience in Supply Chain Management

Summary pay range: $56,950 - $77,050
