Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for motivated Entry Level Supply Chain Operations Procurement Agents (Level 1) to join the Seat Operations team in Everett, Washington!
Come join the Seats and Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) Operations team and be part of aerospace’s post-pandemic growth! Our team works with suppliers and airlines around the world in building our commercial airplanes to bring BFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment) development seats and inflight entertainment to service in of our commercial fleet. Join a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enable successful production. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will be the face of Boeing to our suppliers—interfacing both externally as well as internally with our factories, Engineering, Quality and many other stakeholders. This position may require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel.
Position Responsibilities:
Works development programs to support airline requests and airplane deliveries.
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Manages, tracks and supports supplier shipments in support of Airplane deliveries.
Communicate performance expectations and metrics to our suppliers to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
Conducts and manages risk, issues and opportunities assessments of our suppliers.
Manage supplier production readiness for entry into service.
Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
Consults with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve supplier performance issues.
Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
Performs system transactions, data entry, prepares and presents technical information as needed.
Initiate and implement supplier recovery and improvement activities and manage mitigation plans.
Provide analysis, propose solutions and manage expectations for solutions to meet Customer and Airplane Program requirements as necessary.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Experience working with Supply Chain processes
Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data for a cross-functional team
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or higher / military experience
Internship or job experience in Supply Chain Operations
Experience analyzing and developing Key Performance Indicators
Experience/knowledge of Procurement Process
Experience working with Procurement Systems
Experience working in manufacturing or aerospace industry
