Entry-level Support Integration Specialist (Logistics Integration)

The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry-level Support IntegrationSpecialist primarily support the P-8 Government Training Systems but has the potential to support additional training systems platforms such as F-15 and Apache. These training systems are high-end flight simulators. Support activities will include providing data development for flight simulators, maintenance simulators, and their subassemblies. Will assist in the development of logistical support program plans and schedules. Will validate standard deliverables and support trade studies for the P8 Program and potentially other programs. In addition, the Support Planning and Management Specialist researches, documents and provides technical information for the P8 Program (and potentially other programs). Supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products and engineering data.
Position Responsibilities
Estimate, plan and execute the logistics work statement
Manages and monitors support engineering data development (provisioning)
Manage customer’s spare hardware requirements
Develop and maintain documentation per the Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs)
Assist with hardware obsolescence
Manage the Return of Repairable (ROR) process
Interface with internal and external customers
Develop operational procedures for spares management, inventory, ROR requirements, etc.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a field relevant to position responsibilities
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
1+ years of experience with working in a team environment with a variety of stakeholders and teammates
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
1+ years of experience with other Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of logistics experience
Experience in Project Management
Experience working on provisioning (SLICwave) requirements
Experience with CMPRO, BESSy, & GOLDesp (or other ERP systems such as SAP)

Summary pay range: $56,950 - $77,050
