JOB DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATIONS:
Boeing Production Engineering is seeking an Entry Level Tool Integration Analyst to join our Tool Engineering team based in Portland, OR. This position will create, update and maintain tooling product documentation and procedures. Performs tooling product media processing to ensure validity of configuration definition, products and document control.

A successful candidate in this role will have passion, creativity, and an insatiable desire for process improvement and efficiency. They will also have a strong desire to be out in the factory, interacting with mechanics, tool makers and directly supporting the production system.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in performing administrative activities through filing, report distribution and gathering supporting documentation for tooling products.
Assists in identifying and coordinating tooling product requirements.
Assists in gathering supporting data to develop estimates and schedules.
Assists in preparing tooling product data, presentation and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop-floor teams.
Gathers and prepares data for upload into offload tooling business systems.
Identifies, coordinates and process customer requirements for tooling products or information.
Assists in the creation of and updates project schedules.
Assists in reviewing and creating tooling product documentation and procedures.
Performs tooling product order processing. Prepares order packages for distribution. Performs associated general administrative duties.
Manages electronic or physical drawings.
Works under close supervision.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILL/EXPERIENCE):
Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word
Associates degree or higher by the end of May 2022
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Experience in a Mechanical Engineering role
One or more years of experience conducting data and trend analysis
One or more years of experience in program or project management
