    Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Entry Level or Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist **(Level 1 or 2) to join the Fighters IPT Scheduling team in Berkeley, MO reporting to the Fighters IPT IP&S manager.

    Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
    • Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans
    • Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case
    • Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
    • Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
    • Experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations
    • Experience using Microsoft Project

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
    • Experience using Open Plan Professional
    • Experience using Milestone Professional

    Summary pay range:

    Level 1 (Entry Level): $62,900 - $85,100

    Level 2 (Associate): $76,500 - $103,500
