    Job Description Qualifications:

    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Functional Excellence core team, is seeking an Entry-Level or Associate Manufacturing Change Management Specialist to support our Propulsion Systems Division team in Renton, Washington!

    The team is seeking a dynamic candidate with an understanding of change management, engineering design, part fabrication, Supplier, and production and manufacturing knowledge/processes.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Assists with the integration of product/process change requirements and development of change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments.

    • Reviews basic metrics to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements.

    • Assists with the analysis of technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change.

    • Monitors compliance with change incorporation plans.

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

    • 1+ years of experience with baseline management

    • 1+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders

    • Understanding of practical application of organizational change management methods and tools (Boeing examples include: Engineering Tracking and Control (ETAC), Engineering Change Authoring System (ECAS), Change Processing System (CPS), Automated Commitment Management System (ACMS), Intra Boeing Exchange (IBEX), Commitment Development Schedule (CDS)

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience ):

    • 1+ years of experience with leading or managing projects involving cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Entry Level (Level 1): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

    Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Summary pay range:

    Entry Level (Level 1): $59,400-$72,600

    Associate (Level 2): $72,000-$88,000
