Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Entry-Level or Associate Supply Base Manager who facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations. Monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance to identify potential risks, issues and opportunities. Develops and executes supply base plans and integrates with customer, program and commodity strategies. Identifies and participates in business and costs savings initiatives. Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities. Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies to join our Post Award team in Hazelwood, MO.
In this role, the focus will be on managing our supplier performance and ensuring orders deliver on time to satisfy customer needs while working complex recovery and mitigation plans to avoid risk to overall program schedule.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Hazelwood, MO.

Typical Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Summary pay range: Level 1 : $56,100 - $75,900
Level 2: $70,550 - $95,450
