    This position will focus on supporting the broader BGS Quality, Operations and Execution (QO&E) organization.

    Your Role & Impact

    You’ll support data analysis, cost management, and financial compliance while honing your communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development of financial forecasts including the annual planning process

    • Integrate analysis and prepare financial reporting, leadership level presentations, with various media options including monthly performance, variance and O&Rs, and quarterly forecasts

    • Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using key financial performance metrics, cost trends and business knowledge to support strategic business decisions.

    • Partner with functions by leveraging relationships and communication skills to develop guidance and drive functional integration for compliant global operations

    • Support process improvement initiatives and optimization efforts, and acts as a finance representative lead for cross-business engagements

    • Ensure compliance with applicable Boeing and Governmental regulations concerning financial policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools

    This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher

    • Experience in accounting, finance, business or a related field

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)

    • Prior work or internship experience with Boeing

    • Experience with the Microsoft Excel application working with large data sets: VLookups, pivot tables, charts (e.g. advanced, Excel, PowerPivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI)

    • Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills both virtually and in person

    • Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced, rapidly changing and geo-diverse team environment

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary pay range for Entry-Level (Level 1): $53,500 - $72,450

    Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $64,500 - $87,400
