    Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Entry Level or Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Level 1 or 2) to support the P8 Program , Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) Team in Tukwila, WA.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and baseline management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
    • Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
    • Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
    • Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
    • Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders.

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Critical thinking, attention to detail, positive attitude
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
    • Adaptable to changing environments and customer needs
    • Experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • Experience working with cross-functional organizations
    • Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
    • Experience collecting and reporting schedule performance to a project / program schedule baseline
    • Experience with one or more of the following within the Manufacturing Operations function (Shop Floor Manufacturing Operations, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management)
    • Level 2 : 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    Summary pay range:

    Level 1: $61,200 - $82,800

    Level 2: $73,950 - $100,050
