Manufacturing Engineer (Entry Level or Associate)

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Maritime and Intelligence Systems (M &IS) seeks an Entry Level or Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical/Electronics) (Level 1 or Level 2), to join our team in Lemont Furnace and Smithfield, Pennsylvania, and support growth of the electronics and electrical manufacturing facility which supports defense programs from seabed to space.
Position Responsibilities:
Gather and define production requirements for multiple electrical and electronic production programs.
Develop detailed step-by-step production documentation including visual aids, work instructions and production routings from a variety of customer provided media including 2D and 3D Model Based packages.
Support design reviews, analyses, simulations, component testing, and system testing to ensure delivery of products that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
Support troubleshooting of production processes which are not yielding consistent results.
Participate in new business development efforts.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
Experience or coursework in 3D modeling applications such as Catia, Siemens NX, or SolidWorks
Experience or coursework using manufacturing execution systems such as TipQA Shopfloor Execution
Experience or coursework in lean manufacturing
Experience or coursework in statistical process analysis

Entry-Level (Level 1) Summary pay range: $63,750 - $86,250
Associate (Level 2) Summary pay range: $75,650 - $102,350
