Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Multidiscipline Engineers to join our Maintenance Programs Engineering team in Seal Beach, CA.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry-Level and Associate Multidiscipline Engineers.
Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate in a team environment, ability to apply sound engineering fundamentals and judgment.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyzes complex engineering designs, supplier and engine manufacturer design data to determine and develop/update scheduled maintenance requirements for non-recurring and sustaining projects
Participates in organizational activities that influence the Aerospace Industry
Supports activities related to Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and Federal Aviation Administration/Foreign Regulatory requirements
Influences product designs and processes to ensure safety, supportability and maintainability
Conducts engineering analyses to verify the accuracy of maintenance/repair data
Interfaces with the customer to support inquiries, and develops technical solutions to customer issues pertaining to scheduled maintenance
Evaluates customers' maintenance operations
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in gathering, preparing and analyzing technical data for the development support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications, support equipment, spares, provisioning, field services, maintenance, etc., supporting product lifecycle
Typical Education/Experience:
(Level 1): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
(Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Summary Pay Range for Level 1: $68,000 - $92,000
Summary Pay Range for Level 2: $79,050 - $106,950
