The Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. This role leads quality investigations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), audits, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Systems.
3+ years of experience conducting root cause investigations and leading CAPA activities.
Experience utilizing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies to support quality, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (e.g., 2+ hours) during inspections and documentation tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks requiring prolonged sitting and/or standing throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation

Salary Range: $80,856 - $89,840/yearly
