    Job Description Qualifications:

    The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Safety Specialist (Entry-Level or Associate Level) - Safety DOJO Network Integration to join the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team in Everett, WA.

    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Safety Specialist to join the safety dojo network across Boeing. The safety dojo is a hub for safety innovation, learning, and team building to enhance Boeing’s safety culture. Must be capable to lead and energize conversations about work place safety.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Assists with the planning, implementation and assessment of occupational health and safety programs and process

    • Assists with new hire onboarding and introduction to work place safety

    • Supports the planning, implementation and assessment of occupational health and safety programs and processes

    • Drafts health and safety programs that provide consistent approaches to risk reduction and compliance

    • Evaluates workplace risks and help to find; create and implement solutions to eliminate hazards

    • Displays knowledge of or willing to learn additive manufacturing

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher

    • 1+ years of experience in functioning in a cross-functional environment

    • 1+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in EHS field

    • 3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    • 1+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Entry-Level (Level 1)

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

    Associate (Level 2)

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)

    Relocation:

    This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

    Summary pay range for Level 1: $63,750 - $86,250

    Summary pay range for Level 2: $80,750 - $109,250
