    Boeing’s Global Warehousing & Logistics team is seeking an entry level Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at the Retrofit Kitting Center of Excellence in San Antonio, TX. This on-site role will work across supply chain, program, quality, DCMA, and transportation functions to ensure Retrofit Kits are delivered on time, meet contractual requirements, and support strong financial performance.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Excellent communication, organization/time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to build positive working relationships through partnership and collaboration
    • Track and drive on time Kit delivery performance; escalate and remediate delivery risks and blockers.
    • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on Kit schedule, quality, and customer commitments.
    • Maintain Kit delivery documentation and evidence required for contractual and regulatory compliance.
    • Coordinate activities across warehousing, supplier management, Quality, the 3PL, and other internal teams to resolve Kit delivery issues and maintain schedules.
    • Create meeting agendas, documented meeting notes, and executed follow-up for meetings for any action items.
    • Performs supplier/customer presentations and reviews that display Kitting operational goals and performance.
    • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 1+ years of experience in internal or external Supply Chain
    • 1+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments
    • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • GOLDesp experience
    • Experience supporting U.S. and foreign government contracts
