    Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialists (Entry-Level, or Associate) to join our team in Ridley Park, PA .

    Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry-Level, and Associate Level Supply Chain Specialists.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Determines correct supply source to release MSMS orders identified by team

    • Works with scheduling or any capacity/sales order issues

    • Collaborates with buyers, shop focals, etc. for updates on supply source status.

    • Directs and performs all expedite activities and delivery recoveries in support of AM for Spare requirements

    • Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies

    • Works with and follow up to post awards/buyers to ensure PR to PO to delivery

    • Monitors GRIEF system, PR Constraints and various reports to ensure parts flow through systems and remove road blocks

    • Looks up and identifies export information for shippers

    • Releases shippers to GXO for shipment to Program

    • Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Experience in Supply Chain

    • Experience working in a cross-functional team - i.e. collaboration with varying technical disciplines, clearly communicating up and down the food chain, does not require micro-management, can give and take orders, etc.)

    • Experience do you have analyzing data and/or identifying functional and systems requirements with customers

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Entry-Level (Level 1)

    Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.

    Associate (Level 2)

    Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

    Summary pay range for entry level: 65,450 - 88,550

    Summary pay range for associate level: 79,050 -106,950
