    Position Overview:

    • Maximize sales and GM growth as well as brand initiatives through development of global seasonal plans, SKU productivity, and hindsight reporting.
    • Perform with high levels of engagement and curiosity

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Support in preparing global qualitative and quantitative hindsighting; synthesize regional hindsighting; identify global and regional product and delivery flow risks and cross-brand opportunities
    • Direct the Super Season Planner process and partner with BI and Region Channels to develop planners that roll up to a global plan view
    • Bring visibility to the aggregation of regional plans with a global corporate lens to support End to End projects
    • Create high level reports and presentations for ELT team’s quarterly business reviews and Drumbeat meetings
    • Support SKU reporting by analyzing SKU productivity needs of all brands on a weekly basis
    • Support in preparing global financial plans
    • Support preparing analysis and output to ensure sound logic and alignment with key strategies across all brands
    • Solicit and perform ad-hoc analysis when needed
    • Support analyzing the business on an on-going basis to understand core drivers; identify opportunities and risks for and partner with Director of Planning and Strategy to respond appropriately

    Key Partnerships:

    • The Analyst will partner with the Director of Planning and Strategy as well as Brand Finance, Regions and Channels to consolidate and synthesize information in order to inform a global strategy across all brands and teams.
    • Additional relationships will include but are not limited to: Global Manufacturing & Sourcing, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, Strategy, etc.
  • Qualifications

    Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in fashion / apparel
    • 2 to 3 years of planning experience desired
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
    • Detail and solution oriented
    • Team player
    • Affinity and passion for the brand/category
