We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in NYC!

What you'll be doing:

• Provide front desk assistance
• Mail out/email daily invoices from internal server
• Print out invoices from daily invoice folder and pass to partners
• Scan and send to AP once invoices are approved/ then file
• Sort out mail, open and deliver
• Bank deposit of checks
• Assist design team with style numbers
• Assist accounting with AP documents as needed
• Process PCA invoices
• Pass along credit forms to partners for approval
• Print FedEx labels upon request
• Send messenger packages via UberRush
• Keep daily package log
• Order office supplies upon request
• Request all building maintenance as needed

• 1+ years of admin and/or executive assistant experience
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be a team player
• Flexible - takes direction with ease
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, problem-solve, prioritize and interface effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
• Positive “Can Do” attitude
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
