• Illustrating customer-requested designs from scratch, or converting customer-provided artwork into usable vector format

• Placing customer designs on appropriate apparel templates for accurate artwork proofs

• Communicating with sales managers and campus reps to understand customers' design needs

• Working with other artists who may be pitching in on more intricate designs

• Managing the revision process as design tweaks are requested

• Creating dynamic marketing materials for use on social media and by campus reps in their sales processes

• Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator

• Experience creating unique vector graphics and converting bitmap images into vector images

• Ability to multitask numerous fast-paced projects, and prioritize accordingly

• Creativity and eye for design

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to go above and beyond to make customers happy!
