Lands' End is looking for a dynamic junior developer to join our growing Digital Content team. You will bring web experiences to life through collaborations with marketing partners, graphic designers, and other developers. The Digital Content team is a nimble group of developers responsible for building and maintaining landing pages, promotional emails, retail displays, SEO articles, and much more. While we do value experience with specific applications, our main goal is to bring on a team member with an attention to detail and a willingness to learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Create responsive web pages using HTML & CSS in a Bootstrap framework.
• Manage linking and approval process for promotional emails.
• Build interactive web and video content for in-store retail displays.
• Collaborate with creative partners to transform ideas into fully functional digital experiences.
• Use personalization platforms to deploy dynamic web content.
• Follow company brand standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years professional experience managing digital projects.
• Experience building webpages, managing websites, and content production for digital platforms required.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with product stakeholders on projects and tasks assigned to them.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git.
• Understanding of website best practices and WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines.
• Knowledge of the Adobe suite preferred.
• Knowledge of the Responsys platform preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Target or Dynamic Yield platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with user experience and interaction design preferred.
• Familiarity with best practices for SEO preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and platforms such as JIRA preferred.
