A high-end, technical ready-to-wear (RTW) line headquartered in New York, is looking for motivated and passionate team members to join us. As a Brand, we source the best and most innovative performance fabrics while focusing on the beauty and simplicity of great design to create purpose-driven garments.

Our current team comes from Halston, Elie Tahari, Oscar de la Renta and Alexander McQueen. Although we are rapidly growing, we are still a very close, tight-knit group and any potential employees should anticipate working on multiple projects across the business. We are currently seeking team members to help with the Business Development / Operations:

Business Development / Operations: will be working closely with our Business Development and Sales Team. This is an excellent position for someone who is passionate and wants to learn about growing a young, fashion business.

There is the opportunity for this position to extend into a summer internship as well. For recent grads, there is the potential for this position to become a full-time hire.

As a start-up fashion line, any potential prospects must possess the following:

• Enjoy / thrive in a fast-paced environment: experience is important, but passion and initiative is key for these positions
• Self-motivated, take initiative with complicated tasks
• Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented
• Ability to be customer-facing: high level of comfort with customer service including e-mail and phone orders, interacting with and responding to potential customers via digital platforms
• Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, Evernote, etc
• Excited to learn about high-end apparel and the fashion business
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and sometimes weekends
