Halfdays is a fast-growing ski wear brand that exists to push the status quo of the outdoor industry! We create winter wear for women that combines fashion, function, and sustainability. We care about each other, having lots of fun, and bringing new people into the outdoors! Our HQ is based in Denver, Colorado but we’re open to remote candidates.

Halfdays Intern:

We’re looking for a thoughtful intern who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You will be responsible for supporting the operations team in interacting with customers through various channels, including Instagram, Twitter, and Email.

Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels for customer DM’s and comments
• Answer customer emails regarding product questions, returns/exchanges, etc.
• Communicate with our fulfillment center to solve customer problems quickly and efficiently
• Support pop-ups, community events, and other Halfdays events

• Interest or experience in marketing and social media
• Interest or experience in customer service or supply chain management
• 1-2 years retail experience
