    • Respond to customer support inquiries over email and our ticketing system;
    • Speak with customers over the phone to help manage their accounts and purchases;
    • Become an expert on our business model, product, and customers;
    • Exceed our customers' expectations at each step of the way;
    • Alleviate customer pain to make sure we deliver the best experience possible;
    • Master our internal systems in order to track down and resolve customer issues;
    • Communicate issues to Management, channeling trends in customer feedback to our product and engineering teams
