Rome Hunte is looking for a Fashion Operation Assistant! We are searching for bright, fearless and love for fashion working individuals with some operation experience.

The ideal candidate is responsible for assisting the operation with task requested, help, manage and coordinate with other interns. Help with emails, following up, scheduling appointments either with stylist, editors or any other necessary individuals. Have some knowledge in fashion and be able to take many tasks and work well under pressure. Work right along side with Operation manager to keep everything organized and transparent and be able to run minor errands when needed. Have a strong passion to work with a fashion company and possess a strong work ethic and multitask personality to grow with the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operation Manager with operational support such scheduling, emails, follow up, calendar management and any other necessary tasks.
• Help out in other areas when needed
• Be the go to person for other interns
• Supervise other interns task
• Organize and help maintain all internal documents up to date
• Act as a liaison between other interns and other departments of the company
• Manage and coordinates with stylist pull or editors desk side appointments.

• Possess a strong work ethic and multi task personality to grow with the company
• Be willing to learn and take direction
• Ability to follow process and to get things done efficiently
• Be a self starter
• Must be 18 years of age
