As a Merchandising Assistant, you will support the merchandising team in all aspects of product development and product merchandising to assist in the execution of category strategies. You are responsible for accurate and timely data input into various tools such as Centric, Excel etc. You will schedule, set up, and prepare materials for key presentations as well as attend and participate in team meetings. You will work cross functionally with Design, Creative, Global Sourcing, Inventory Planning, Technical Design, Internet, LEO Sales and Retail to support the business in delivering profitable results.

• Responsible for accurate and timely data input (i.e. PC creation) into various tools such as Centric, Excel, RMS, APIP, ILE, BPT.
• Maintain key systems which are utilized daily by the team during the product life cycle.
• Assist with weekly, omni, and milestone meetings by managing samples and providing reports.
• Coordinate with Global Sourcing to order photo samples and C2 or line adoption samples.
• Responsible for tracking and organizing category samples each season. Work closely with Design and Digital merchandise managing sample requests including photo samples.
• Proof catalog and internet pages to ensure the accuracy of category assortment. Request suggested alternates, stop sales and product alerts.
• Prepare reports and ad hoc project as needed
• Support visual set ups and presentations adequately conveying the design and merchandising vision.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.70. An employee's pay within the pay range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation.
