An initial 3 to 6 months contract with high opportunity to be permanent!

Gain start-up like exposure in New York office while being backed-up by a global brand and offices in Germany and Australia. You must be able to show initiative and able to work with a dynamic team.

As a part of our crew, your responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Short-term

• Learn about our Instagram collaborations
• Maintain and coordinate our influencer marketing within communities and online.
• Be involved with our PR strategies involving Blogger relations digitally and at live events.
• Initial project to incorporate the US lifestyle aligned with our brand! (eg. Cities, cultures, colleges, sports).
• Identify and coordinate press opportunities, ensuring the story of Kapten & Son – from a dorm to the world is shared.

Mid-Term

• Organize magazine press opportunities.
• Maintaining interactions with our NYC/LA bloggers within local campaigns.
• Strategize with our teams in Germany and Australia, Instagram and Snapchat stories. And take part in this content creation.

• Academic background required

• Background in PR, Fashion, Social Media, Blogger relations or Event management

• Knowledge in Photography, photoshop or video will be highly considered.

• Be front facing, extrovert, charming and a representative of our brand

• You have charisma no one can exist, or a daring personality.

• Exceptional communication skills

• Able to be resourceful and persistent.

• You distinguish yourself through entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, remarkable engagement & enthusiasm and you like to take initiative   

• You like working in a start-up atmosphere with a young and dynamic team
