• Anticipate and address the needs of the office and team members
• Manage supply and procurement of office supplies and equipment for both NY HQ office and company’s 3PL warehouse
• Support the day-to-day operations of our office
• Be the point person for any ad hoc office requests
• Manage our overall HQ facilities and liaise with building management and security
• Assist in the planning of company events, activities, and celebrations
• Monitor, greet, and welcome guests at our HQ office
• Perform general administrative duties
• Provide support to Bombfell’s People Team as needed; assisting with and handling on-boarding process for new hires.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree
• Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant/Coordinator experience a plus
• EXTREMELY detail oriented, meticulous, and organized
• Must be punctual and cordial
• Have excellent time management
• Possess super swift coordination skills
• Must be agile and swift while maintaining a professional manner at all times
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Be able to exercise strong judgement and problem solve
