• Drive business to boost sales and onboard new clients through excellent service, deep understanding of our products, and thoughtful correspondence
• Communicate knowledge of La Ligne's clothes and brand with enthusiasm and care
• Report on and rectify all product and technical issues as needed
• Record and surface recurring feedback to product and management teams
• Assist and collaborate to meet and exceed team goals and metrics

• BA/BS preferred, 1-2 years work experience; prior client-facing or e-commerce retail experience preferred, customer service experience preferred
• Positive, personable, and professional attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedicated, team-oriented, and passionate about solving problems
• Eager to absorb and communicate information
• Proficiency with MS Software (Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe suite a plus
• Analytics experience a plus
