Lands' End has a 7-month Operations Management internships (summer and fall 2024) designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while collaborating with members of our Human Resources, Operations (Supply Chain), Merchandising, Design, Creative, Inventory Planning, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Finance, Global Sourcing and Technical Design teams to complete initiatives that are key to our business success. You will learn to research and identify opportunities, perform business analysis, develop strategies, and present your findings to senior leadership. You will quickly come to appreciate the complexities of growing a global, multi-channel retailer.
As part of the Operations Management Internship experience, you will focus on key projects for the department which may include departmental workflow and operational functionality optimization, Multi DC inventory, workload, and employee resource balance. You will be involved in key projects that will support future business decisions.
