Learn first-hand what it takes to run a fashion brand by understanding the business from the inside out. As the Order Management Intern, you will:

• Enter sales orders into Sweet Wink's back-end sales system to generate invoices and shipping labels to send to the fulfillment center
• Call customer's for payment information to process orders
• Update Sweet Wink's online sales channels to add new products and ensure all product information is properly listed

As a fashion start up, Sweet Wink's needs are constantly evolving so there is opportunity to get involved in other areas of the company depending on your passion, interest, and skills. During the semester-long internship, Sweet Wink will be launching new collections, attending trade shows, and expanding into new markets and territories. It's an exciting time for this young, growing company!

• Detail-oriented: It is crucial that all sales orders are entered into the system exactly as they are written on the order form. The Order Management Intern must always double check his/her work and make sure all details including style, sizes, quantities, etc. are entered correctly.
• Conversational: You must feel comfortable speaking on the phone and calling Sweet Wink customers to collect payment information. Training is provided, but an outgoing personality goes a long way!
• Organized: Once we receive an order, the order enters different statuses such as "pending payment", "later ship date", "ready to process", etc. The Order Management Intern must accurately maintain each order's status as the order goes through different stages. Sweet Wink receives new orders every day, so it's important to stay organized and on top of each and every order that comes in the door.
• Open to learn: At a small company, you must be willing to help out in all different areas of the business. If you're interested in one day starting your own business or working for a start up, this will be a great experience to learn what entrepreneurship is really like!
