We are looking for an energetic, hard-working person to assist the production department with the following duties:

• Issue & revise SO / VPO.
• Prepare CS for retailers for approval of all the programs.
• Maintain & Update all retailers Global Shipping Recap with all details.
• Maintain & Update all Factories Recap with PO info / size breakdown / trims / shipment & sample request requirement.
• Maintain / Upload & Update shipping recap for retailers in One Drive.
• Access retailer websites and obtain all applicable manuals.
• Follow up factories with meeting sample/ fit sample / LD / Pre-Production / TOP & Licensor Sample submission & review with a designer before preparing package shipment or message customers for approval.
• Request Meeting & pre-production sample Artwork DDS - release to retailers for approval before uploading to factories folder
• Approval - Meeting sample / pre-production sample / top sample / trims / packing form factories & retailers.
• Approval - Follow up with Licensing Team on pre-production sample approval.
• Weekly conference calls with retailers.
• Shipment - Follow up with factories on all PO SOT & Update shipping recap
• Invoice - Approval of factory invoices with VSI & submit to Manager for sign off
• Daily email correspondence with all department within the company, customers & factories

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong skill in Microsoft Excel / Word / Powerpoint.
• Strong desire to learn.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to multi-task and to know how to prioritize.
